My Pain Journal Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026 ยท Published by The News Bakery LLC
My Pain Journal ("the app") is a personal journal. This policy explains what happens to the information you enter.
What the app stores
The app stores the entries you type, such as pain levels, locations, symptoms, medications, notes, along with your settings and reminder times. This information is saved only on your device.
What we collect
We do not collect, receive, or store any of your data. The app has no account sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Nothing you enter is sent to us or to any third party.
Sharing and reports
If you create a report or export, it is generated on your device. It is shared only when you choose to share, print, or save it, and only with the people or apps you pick.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders, the app schedules them locally on your device. No data is sent to a server to do this.
Deleting your data
You can delete entries in the app, or remove all data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in your device settings. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Medical disclaimer
The app is a record-keeping tool and does not provide medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional about your health.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
